Fixes and Additions:
– Renamed .prefix command to .changepref.1
– Updated permissions for server management commands.2
– Updated .feedback to include name of the reporter.

Notes:
1. This was done to reduce conflicts with other bots that shares the same prefix and command.
2. This was done in order to support some roles that has MANAGE_GUILD permissions instead of ADMINISTRATORS only.
